In the 20 years since the program was founded, just under 200 FIU executives and leaders have participated in ELEP. With a robust and accomplished group of alumni, the program network serves as a source of support for future FIU leadership.
To foster these connections the program hosts a yearly alumni reunion, and recently implemented an alumni Lunch and Learn series and book club.
